We offer a 100% network availability SLA (Service Level Agreement) as standard on all data transit products. We have put every possible safe-guard in place to make sure we can deliver this promise and to keep your packets flowing in the event of an outage.

Extensive Peering

Our network features extensive public and private peering connections in 3 EU countries. Exchanges are connected directly to our core routers enabling low-latency and high throughput interconnects with other networks.

BGP Community Support

Goscomb Technologies uses BGP communities extensively within our network for both informational and operational purposes. All routes entering our network are tagged with a number of communities such as:

• Country of Origin
• Learning Router
• Type of Route (exchange, transit, customer, etc)
• Exchange the route was learnt on

In addition our network will also accept communities from customers to perform such actions as:

• Cease announcements to a certain peer
• Prepend to a certain peer
• Alter IGP preference

Wide Protocol Support

Our network supports IPv4 Unicast, IPv4 Multicast and IPv6 Unicast applications natively, meaning that we can provide connectivity for all your applications over a single cable.

Provisioned in under 24 hours!

Connections can be provisioned on the same business day (not including cabling). This is amongst the fastest setup time in the industry.

Proactively Monitored

All customer, core, peer and transit connections to the network are monitored by our NOC at all times for capacity, jitter, packet loss and latency. This ensures that, should an issue occur, we are able to respond as quickly as possible by routing traffic away from any troublesome network paths over alternate routes.
