Some customers may have noticed packet loss whilst we were implementing filters in order to fend off the attack. Traffic should now be flowing normally again.
The affected customer has been informed and we will be in touch with the police shortly.

As a consequence of this break the network is now "at risk" to a further fibre break in the Docklands area.

Power to the affected rack has been restored. Individual servers are currently coming up. We are working on bringing the VPS cluster back in to service, currently bringing the disk arrays back online.

We have lost connectivity to a rack in iP House. An engineer is en-route to investigate. At this point it is not clear if this is a failed switch or power to the rack has been lost.
