6 May 2008 14:36:37
Engineers have found the cause of the current power outage. A cable has overheated and created a short-circuit.

This component is now being replaced and we are told power should be restored to all racks in approximately 30-40 minutes.

Partial Outage
15 January 2008 10:33:57
We have suffered an interface failure on a router. This router has been reloaded, ; and we are currently liasing with JTAC to reach a permenant resolution. Presently the network is stable, however we wish to find a permenant resolution to this issue. We will update you in due course. Please note that only interfaces directly terminated on rt0.lon1.goscomb.net wer e affected. All other traffic would have been re-routed around this issue via al ternate physical paths. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
