Dial-up Connection
24/7 backup connectivity
For those occasions where you are having trouble connecting to your DSL or need a connection in a remote area, our free* dial-up will let you connect over any standard telephone line.
Current DSL Customers
| Dial | 0845 604 3047 |
| Username | myusername@goscomb.net.uk |
| Password | mypassword |
For example, the username I use to log into my customer area is "billybob".
Therefore, the username I use to access my DSL account is "billybob-gt@surfdsluk".
Now if your DSL line is down, you can connect to your backup dial-up account on the above number, using "billybob-gt@goscomb.net.uk" as the username.
Your password stays the same.
For your convenience, you will be given the same static IP. This does however mean, you cannot use your DSL & dial-up accounts simultaneously.
Standalone Dial-up
| Dial | 0845 604 3047 |
| Username | dial@goscomb.net.uk |
| Password | dial |
This account is suitable for anyone, anywhere, wishing to connect to the net through a dail-up connection.
You will also be assigned an IPv6 address, if supported.

*please note that local call charges may apply.
