All of our VPS packages come with unlimited access to the Xen control panel - featuring among other things, the ability to reboot your server & access its virtual console.
Access details for this are provided when you purchase your VPS.

Colo & Dedicated Servers

At the current time, reboots must be requested via our support lines.

Console ports are on offer from £10 per month, subject to availability.
