5 - Last StepAnd finally, we will email you a contract which you must reply to, to bind our contract. You're all set! NB: It takes up to five days for the engineers to make the physical switch-over of the ADSL/SDSL line. 1 Your MAC (Migration Authority Code) is a series of numbers and letters required to authorise your broadband transfer from your provider. When your current contract ends, call your provider and ask for your MAC (they must supply it within five days after you've requested it).
