1 - Acquiring you MAC code

Contact your current ISP's billing department, requesting for your "MAC" code1

2 - Selecting your service

Select the DSL service you wish to use (eg. Value 8Mbps Consumer ADSL2)

3 - Creating your Account

Create a customer account with Goscomb, here.

4 - Contacting us

Contact us on +44 (0)845 862 0070 or sales@goscomb.co.uk with the following details:

 

5 - Last Step

And finally, we will email you a contract which you must reply to, to bind our contract. You're all set!

NB: It takes up to five days for the engineers to make the physical switch-over of the ADSL/SDSL line.





1 Your MAC (Migration Authority Code) is a series of numbers and letters required to authorise your broadband transfer from your provider. When your current contract ends, call your provider and ask for your MAC (they must supply it within five days after you've requested it).
