Most products require 30 days notice to cancel. This notice can be given at any time after your initial term by emailing cancellations@goscomb.net including your customer username and the contract IDs of the service(s) you would like to cancel.
A final, pro-rata, invoice will be raised to bill your service up until the end of the 30 day notice period.
Please be sure to request a MAC if you wish to migrate your DSL to another provider else the line will be ceased when cancellation is requested.
